Shipping policy

Please read the following information in detail and its entirety.
  • Orders are processed in the order they are received and are shipped within 24 to 48 hours ( Monday- Friday excluding weekends ). 
  • Orders received on Friday after 6 am EST will be shipped on the following business day.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS, therefore arrival time will be based on your location and carrier.
  • All products are shipped from Charlotte, North Carolina. Restrictions may apply to some products due to international regulations. 
  • When placing an order, you will have the option to calculate and choose a preferred shipping method ( "Priority Mail", etc.). 
  • A tracking number via e-mail will be sent confirming order has been shipped.
