Returns
We consider that it is our policy to not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us by emailing Itsmiajproducts@gmail.com. In your email state your first and last name, Order number, telephone number, address and additional details.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully inspect and notify you via e-mail, within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are granted a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price.
