Returns 

We consider that it is our policy to not accept returns or exchanges unless the item (or items)  you purchased is defective. 

If you receive a defective item, please contact us by emailing itsmiajproducts@gmail.com. In your email state your first and last name, order number, telephone number, shipping address, and additional details.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully inspect and notify you via e-mail within 24 to 48 hours of receipt whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are granted a replacement or refund we will replace the product or refund the purchase price of the item.
